wrinkled eggs

So some of the eggs I get are wrinkled on the pointy end. Does that mean anything? I am

They are prematurely old. Does the hen smoke?

Sorry. I'm tired and goofy.... the eggs are just fine, that happens sometimes in the production.

Happens to mine too perfectly normal i think it might be when the egg comes out and has a sticky shell the straw or hay leaves a mark like silly puddy. it might not but the eggs are still normal.

It might mean they need more calcium. My hens laid a few like that so we went to the feed store and a very helpful young man told us to try adding oyster shell to their feed or just getting a new feed with some already mixed in. Within a week no more wrinkled eggs and the shells are thicker and my hens look healthier now too. Good luck with the eggs!
