Written instructions for raising baby chicks?

Does anyone have a written set of instructions for caring for baby chicks from day old? I sold some day olds to chicken newbies and I would like to print out some instructions for them. I haven't found anything online that I wouldn't have to modify a lot. Has anyone come up with anything that they would be willing to share?
