Wrong gender?

Hi! I have a buff laced polish who was sold to me as a girl. I am not sure if she is a girl though. Roosters are illegal in my area so it would be a bummer if she’s a roo. She has a very long tail and her crest is not that rounded. She is 4 weeks old, not sure if that’s too early to tell. Will include pics tomorrow, she is being photo shy today.
