Wry neck and/or head injury

I was given a goose baby today that I am guessing just hatched a day or two ago. It appears that it has sustained an injury to its head and I can't tell if it's the injury or it has wry neck but it's eyes are chasing and it can't hold its neck up or walk. Ideas?

Get it on some Poly Vi Sol with out iron 1-2 drops 2 X A day. Just drop it right into the bill not down the throat. you can also make a donut out of a large towel and place the gosling down into it head up of course to keep it from falling backward if it is having that problem place food and water close by once it starts to eat. Be very careful it can hold it's head up so it doesn't drown in the water er.
