Wry neck, B1 deficiency or something else?

One of my Orpington hens was laying down looking strange so I went to stand her up and she walked off like normal then her neck got this crook in it. None of the others in my flock of over 50 are showing signs this issue. Now she’s standing and trying to hold her head up and keeps repeatedly drooping.
Do I need to try a B vitamin injection or some other supplement

We are a platoon of mostly amateur wanna-be vets here, but among us, we do have lots of experience. We can't give you a diagnosis, but we can offer suggestions.

I, personally, use treatments to help me diagnose what could be making a chicken sick. So, I would definitely try the B vitamin, add some vitamin E 400iu to it, add a sliver of selenium, too. If the hen responds by returning to normal, you can assume it had something to do with a vitamin deficiency.

There is another possibility. Crop disorders can cause neck contortions. Check her crop for fullness, hard lumps, squishy fullness, and you may be needing to treat a crop issue. You can confirm a crop disorder by checking the crop in the morning before the hen eats.

I would try for possible wry neck (torticolis) with the vitamin E 400 IU and some B1 thiamine or B complex daily. Scrambled egg bits have plenty of selenium to help with vitamin E utilization. Does the neck seem stuck like that, and do you feel any air under the skin on top of her neck? Several things may cause wry neck including head or neck injury, vitamin E or B1 thiamine deficiency, and some diseases including Mareks and others.

When I try to pick her up she runs like normal but then returns to having that limp neck. I felt her crop and it is not hard but it seems like I can feel grain in there higher than usual. I massaged it and she seemed to be soothed by that.
I will see if TSC or the feed store has what I need.
