Wry neck, don't want to over due it!

I have an easter egger hen, 10 months old, who does this same thing repeatedly, daily- bends her head down shakes it and walks backward. She is totally normal in between the episodes of doing this-eats normal-I've upped protein, give vitamins, still she shakes her head and walks backward. many times dialy. She is the bottom of the pecking order and gets picked on often. No bugs, no other health issues I can see. She walks around normal with her head up eating and scratching. If you find a cause please share it here!
I've posted videos on instagram of my Ethel doing this - Michiganchickenlady
Hope your chicky remains fine!
Yes this is him exactly. No limpness of the neck like I have read with most wry neck cases!!! Might try giving her cracked sunflower seeds, that seems to help him.

I've been giving my hens grower feed 18% protein with calcium in a separate feeder, and scrambled eggs, raw pumpkin seeds and mealworms as treats and staying away from non protein treats, adding vitamin to the water...for 2 months now and no change. Ethel still wags her head and walk backward several times per day. She started the behavior this summer and I wonder if it has to do with being picked on, she backs away from the other hens a lot...I dont know. She seems healthy and not in pain otherwise. I've chalked it up to a neurological quirk. As long as shes not suffering I try not to worry.

Possible head injury from one of the other flock mates. I know silkies are known for head injuries, but I'm pretty sure that didn't happen. He does have an unusual long neck, but not sure about that either as I have had them for a few weeks with no problems. Might just take him into my aviary vet, just don't need a bill if they can't help him.
