wry neck in my newborn chick?!

I am excited and scared right now! I just had 2 chicks hatch a/b 10 min ago but one of them cant seem to hold it's neck or head up... i think he may have wry neck. hes chirping a lot and moving but he kind off drags his head - oh he now can hold his neck up a little but he still can't hold it up completely like the other one... he seems to be trying a whole lot but he can open his eyes. What do i do?? I'm scared and nervous for this chick!!! And is it normal for the healthy chick to walk around a little but then put it's head down for a second?? help!

I had a chick with wry neck earlier this year and I made him drink Save-a-chick within hours of being born. Had to dip his beak often in the water (or if you have a dropper use that). Within 24 hrs she showed improvement.

others give rooster booster. They need vitamin E.

I fed mine save-a-chick since mine hatched at night and that’s all I had and it seemed to work but I’m guessing mine was a minor wry neck issue since some are a hit or miss with treatment.

okay but some of my other eggs are pipped and i dont know if i should open the incubator - the humidity level might drop right? what to do??
