Wry neck? Injury neck?

I have checked the website. It is possible that my 3 years old chicken has a wry neck. I am not sure what should I do. It got improved yesterday. Today, it went back to the square one.
I was suggeste3d to buy poly vi sol without iron, vitamin E and selenium tablet. I don't know how much IU.. Can you help me?
