Wry neck with no improvement

I have a chicken that was hatched with wry neck at the end of april 2017. She is not getting worse but not getting better either. Someone else mentioned polyvisol which I think helped my chick get to a better point. I read somewhere that using polyvisol with vit E and selenium does not help, it should be one or the other. I of course did not save that particular article, but if you do decide to treat with polyvisol and Vit E do your research first. I only found one article stating not to do both. With my chick I do not believe it matters. She is deformed in several subtle ways but I believe she has a will to live so I let her live. If you have the means and the chicken wants to live what could it hurt?
