Wry neck won't go away

What is the prognosis for 3 mo old silkie with wry neck? Vit e and SE had not helped. Chick eats and drinks but with head upside down!!! Terrible to watch this baby live it's life like this.....

Are you giving any thiamine (vitamin B 1?) I would use thiamine, vitamin E, and selenium, found in egg, tuna, and sunflower seeds Make sure that she is getting plenty of food and water. Sometimes wrappping them in a towel, and feed ing a wet mash several times a day consisting of water, chick feed, egg, and a little plain yogurt. Sometimes wry neck can be a sign of other problems than vitamin deficiency, such as a head injury or diseases such as Mareks, avian leukosis, and others.

It has been getting a bit b complex since day it was 4 weeks old. I had one chick at one day old that was stargazing briefly, I believe this is the same one. I've never had to help it eat,it gets plenty and it's crop Is full before bedtime.i really think it has brain damage.
