So, last night I went out to check on my 8 week old clan and found my black austrolorp pullet with what appears to be wry neck. Neck totally twisted and unable to walk. Took her in and she is thin and no food in crop so she may have been not eating for a few days before this. I had just switched them from Purina starter grower meditated crumble to krumbach flock maker 20% pellets last week. I’m wondering if this is why? I also today went out and saw one of my buff orphington pullets just barely holding her head crooked. I went out and bought the old food to switch back over for now and added a waterer with the start a chic probiotics and electrolytes to hopefully help. I also bought some sunflower seeds to offer. I’ve never had this happen before. Any thoughts and if I’m doing what I need to do?

Sounds like insufficient vitamins or toxic feed (if they all show it). Maybe the feed has some mold in it??
You did well to switch them back. I know it's wasteful but I would chuck out the new feed or take it back to the store and explain the problem.
Keep them on the Purina for a while and see if the issue resolves.
You could give them some Sav-a-chick, that will boost the vitamins :)
Keep us posted, please
