Wry neck?

The picture you provided would indicate the bird does NOT have Wry neck, so unless she has started to stargaze, hard time balancing, or is showing lameness of the muscles, I wouldn't treat. If she is, you would treat her with a combination of thiamine and vitamin E. For the thiamine you would give the B complex durvet injectable, 1ml a day. For vitamin E, you would give her one 400iu soft gel capsule once a day.

Has she eaten/drank any more feed/water? Your bird looks ill to me, I would be surprised if this was a solely nutritional related problem.
Yes she eats and drinks Ok. From my reading it seems there are two types of what people are calling wry neck. One the head goes sideways or backwards (stargazing) in the other it starts like my photo and ends up not being able to lift its head which dangles down by its chest. I don't know if this version is called something else but ppl seem to treat it the same.

Has she been out foraging she may have picked up something toxic or maybe a piece of metal? she is such a pretty duck hope you can figure out what's going on.
Some of the other ducks got bumble so i put a bunch of what my local place calls "traction sand" down in their run to keep them cleaner. It seems to work well, i hose it off daily it stays clean and with treatments the bumble is almost gone. You can imagine my dismay when i found a small ball of lead strip in their run the other day. Long story short yes its possible.

A deficiency in thiamine can cause paralysis of the anterior neck muscles causing the bird to retract its head in. No other symptoms as of yet?
