I had a duck hatch with wry neck I been trying to treat it, I’m just wondering what do other people use to treat wry neck? Any thins I can try product wise?

Could you post a picture of the duckling?

Wry neck is defined as an abnormal twisting/titled of the neck, rather than a diease itself; there are many conditions that can cause wry neck to appear. If the duckling hatched directly from the egg with wry neck (congenitally), that may indicate that the problem is related to an incubation malposition that caused an incorrect formation in the bones or could be simply related to a genetic disorder. Treatment for such a case would be difficult.

Being so fragile ducklings are hard to work with, but a good start may including starting on a broad poultry vitamin in case the problem is related to a nutritional disorder, such as vitamin E, or thiamine (B1). Infections of the naval sac (omphalitis) can cause wry neck to appear so you may inspect that area as well for any discharge, or swelling.

There are various poultry vitamins that can be found at your local feed store. Here are a few mentioned below.

Ducking easily aspirate on fluids, so when administering take care to give small amounts, and drip alongside the duckling bill instead of forcing it directly into its mouth. An eyedropper, small syringe, or cotton swab soaked in the liquid can work well as an administration device.
