They vary from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. They do not act cold at all. Little furnaces and Joan’s wry neck symptoms have returned

If the symptoms have returned then I would give her the Vitamin E and B-Complex as suggested previously instead of the Poultry Cell.

Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a treat of egg.

Poultry Cell is good, but it doesn't have the therapeutic amount of Vitamin E that you are looking for to treat Wry Neck.
