Wry neck

I got chicks from a hatchery and two of them had wry neck. I gave them vitamin E mixed with selenium. One passed away, I didn’t catch that one quick enough. The other one seems to have made a full recovery. How long do I give the vitamin E to her.

400 i.u vitamin E and a third of a B complex tablet every day for a few weeks. Any brand, from the grocery store. If it's severe, it might take awhile to show improvement.
