Jul 14, 2009 #2 jhm47 Songster 11 Years Sep 7, 2008 575 14 141 The birds will be just fine as far as egg laying. The wry tail is a genetic defect, usually brought on by inbreeding birds that carry the gene. It is a definite disqualification in shows. I would not use these birds for breeding.
