hello Steve, can you sell me some eggs, I think you are too far to come pick of poults . Do you ship eggs and what would the cost be for eggs with uncertin fertility (Ha, dud eggs, eh ?) Thanks for your response and hope you are enjoying this slightly cooler weather,nm

I can check the fertility, right now we are just boiling them back to the birds. Once the weather cools some we can ship eggs - in the upper 80's and 90's your hatch would be slim at best even shipping close. I hate to blow a sale but I think you wouldn't be happy with eggs right now, maybe in a few weeks?

Do you ever ship birds? Or are they always pick-up only? I would like to get some midget whites, but my one attempt at hatching turkey eggs left me with one poult from 9 eggs, and it died at 2 months old.

I would really like to get some 'young' midget whites, probably 3-4 months old.

We have been tossing the idea back and forth. I have always been the one against it and Sharon is for it. We ordered some 7/8 Emerald Spaulding Peafowl this year and they shipped great, they were about month olds I guess. From talking to the breeder we got them from it's not as much of a pain as I had thought. That and I was always worried about them getting lost somewhere - you hear all the horror stories. So we are still tossing.

Holler if you do, I'm in Mount Airy! We could meet in Winston and be the crazy convoy of people with turkeys looking out the windows...
