WTB Water Wigglers

Ok im making a homemade incubator, and thats probly one of THE MOST cheapest things to buy but im getting aggervated. first the dollar store had them I know a few years ago, well they quit then our walmart quit with them along with the 88 cent stuff, so I cant find any, ive checked other walmarts to idk but I HATE Highlands county

Anyway im looking for 2-4 water wigglers prefer the plain ones without the pointy junk inside it like nemo and tinkerbell inside it, Id have to mail the money I dont got paypal right now. Thanks.


Btw, how good are homemade incubators? % rate on hatches? Thanks

Our walmart no longer has them in the cheap toy sections, but in the party suppily area with the junk the sell for goodie bags.

Have you tried the dollar store? I seen them in there all the time. I was just in the Dollar Tree yesterday and saw a whole bunch of them. If you still cant find them I would be more than happy to get you a few and send them your way. Just let me know.

I wouldn't mind seeing a picture either.

I Googled "water wiggler" and needless to say, got all kinds of things returned, ranging from a dollar to close to forty dollars. I'd like to see what everyone is referring to, but more than anything, I'm curious what they're used for in the construction of the home made bator as I would like to build one. I've got eggs in my styrofoam forced air unit and will be going into lockdown on the 18th, but after the frustrations this thing has provided,

it may be the last hatch it sees, at least from me. Thanks in advance.

Thats a water wiggler, You put the temperature thingy inside it, its the closes way you can get to knowing the inside temperature of the eggs

Thank you for the Water Wiggler pic and clarification Dedi62. That was one of the things I saw, but had no idea why you would want one in your bator. Maybe BYCers who incubate should get two? One for the incubator and one to teach you about handling the new born chickies you'll have in twenty one days.
