WTH?! I lost 4 hens in 2 days!!!!

This is BAD, and I don't know what to do.

I need your help peeps.
So I go out to the coop the last 2 days to see, dead chickens. All but one of the dead hens looked just fine(but dead of corse).
Any clue?

Might help if you post more information. Age, feed, housing...? There's a guideline in one of the 'sticky posts' in this section.

What was wrong with the 'one' that didn't look normal?
