You MUST report this animal. Aggressive animals like this must be dealt with((destroyed IMO)). I know you are waiting just for these people to move and take their dog with them, but what if this same dog attacks or even kills someone in the next neighborhood? What if these people decide they don't want this dog anymore and they leave it abandoned in your neighborhood? It happens all the time.

if they bring him back and dump him... he will be shot on site... as for who is moving in I think it is the actual owners of the property... they are ok... not real friendly but never really bothered us...

I'm sorry about this. I'd make sure to tell someone like animal reg. or the cops. What happens when this dog does that to a person? Some people can be so irresponsible! Good luck and stay safe.
