I am so sorry I did not make it either, Two things happened in addition to the rain; I got sick with a virus of some sort and a predator (at this point I don't know what) has been after the chickens and pulled all the tail feathers from the once beautiful blue Cochin and all the silkie roos. The yard is full of feathers and the Birchen Cochin mother and one baby is missing, the other Cochin mother has adopted the remaining baby, so that is good, but I need to get well and figure out how to better protect the ones left.

I sure hope you have another ChickenStock in a few months (time for feathers to grow back). I also send good wishes to all who made it and hope you find what you are looking for.

I'm home.

Wow! I got sold out in 2 hours!! I pull in at 8am and immediately had people at the van before I could even unload it.
by 10am everything was gone. at 10 30 I started packing up.

The only thing I brought back with me is a 3 little marans roosters and several white phoenix chicks.
It was a blast!
HUGS to msbear and majestic for organizing this.... you girls rock!!

BTW. as far as the testing went. I had all my paperwork and it wasn't a problem. Plus my chicks were too young....

jus put the babies to sleep. I had an awesome time! AND unloaded all of my roos

I got my lillies!!!

got to see all my friends and chat chicken... can't wait til Fall

DH just got home with my chickies! they are beautiful. I so wish I could have come and sold some of my older chicks. I'm glad that DH was able to deliver all of the daylilies and I hope they bloom beautifully for everyone.

Thanks to all of you! I came home with 8 chicks, 4 different varieties...a nice mix for a home gardener to have eatin' bugs and layin' eggs! Lots of beautiful birds there and even a few bunnies and a fun time!
