I guess it's just part of their nature. A couple of mine do it too. They don't mean any harm, I noticed it happens more around when they're hungry...

Awww...maybe her leg gets stiff when she sits for a while, and it's her way of dealing with the pain. Moisture in the air may make the pain worse, so she won't be able to sit as long. is her leg healing?

her leg is getting better thank God. one of the roosters was after her and made her hurt it some how.
