Wyandotte’s and Ees update!

So about 3(4 maybe?) weeks ago I introduce my Easter Egger girls to my Wyandotte’s. 5 week age difference.
since then everything has been good I think lol while they aren’t bffs there have been no feathers picked or bloodshed. Both groups kind of stick to their own in the coop and run. However I have spied and caught them mingling until they see me then go running around

I have had a very similar experience in the last week. Have 2 4-5 week old Black Asians and 2 10-12 week old EE's. The babies actually broke out of their brooder box in the coop while i was attempting to do a slow integration and so they forced my hand. They stay in their pairs mostly and the EE's will chase them off sometimes when i am around and they get excited. Last night i went out to lock them up and all 4 were roosting in a line for the first time. Made me feel like a proud parent. Congrats!
