Hi everyone. I have been doing a lot of research on the breeding of my wyandottes, I have found most of the information I am looking for but the one thing I have not been able to come across is what I colors will get if I breed my Gold laced roo to my silver laced hen?

If the roo was silver and the hen gold, would that still produce a sex link? If so would the the color of the offspring be the opposite of the above scenario?

No, unfortunately the sex linking does not work with the colors on the opposite side of the equation.

What would I get if I bred a silver roo that carries a gold gene (Ss+) with a lavender hen or a silver laced hen?
