Wyandotte hen breathing funny

I noticed one of my hens breathing funny the other day. You can see her throat expand and contract, and I didn't remember noticing that before, so I sat and watched the others, and none of them were breathing with their necks so to speak. Also, if you listen really closely, and I mean extremely close, there is almost a muffled click when she breathes in or out, once with each breath. I put some acv in their water for the past couple of days, and have given them a snack each day with probios. Anyone have any ideas what I'm dealing with here? I'm nervous about anyone being sick...I have 13 2.5 week old chicks, and 5 1 day old chicks in my house right now!

Does she have any discharge in her nose? Is she drinking well?

No discharge, her eyes look fine too. I guess I haven't seen her drink, but she goes after treats just fine.
