The one in the back is silverlaced and the other ones are mixes I am thinking pullets, what do you think?... I also want to start showing... what are the characteristics to look for?

how old the blrw looks to dark for a hen can you get comb shots of them?

Do you have head shots of them? Best I can say, is the SL is a pullet, the one on the front left may be a rooster-hard to tell by the picture.
