I purchased 3 “Gold Laced” Wyandotte’s from a hatchery 4/6/2020 (22 weeks). Day old pullets. After much research I’m wondering if I have two GLW and one Black Laced Red Wyandotte (which I didn’t know existed until researching color variations). What are y’all’s thoughts?

They all look to be Golden laced to me. Can we get better pics?

Ummmmm, it still looks golden, but I see what your seeing. Could be crossed, but I doubt that the lacing would be that good?

I think the one is just a darker shade of golden laced Wyandotte. The black laced red are darker than that.

I appreciate y’all taking the time to help. “Autumn” has always just seen different from the “Twins”. I assumed it was more than a variation but I’m sure I’m over thinking it

She looks a lot like my black laced red. Here are my 2 at about 4 months old. Their combs are a lot redder now but I like this picture because they are right next to each other and you can see the comparison easily. Wanda (the red) is larger and has fancier tail/saddle feathers than Merida (the GLW) but they are otherwise very similar.

Very pretty. She does look a lot alike. And next to your GLW the contrast is there
