Did you plant the original Lemon Boy or the new and improved one?

When lemon Boy was an exclusive to Gurney's, I always got really nice big tomatoes. Once their exclusive patent expired what it got replaced with was an open pollinated variety that was mostly medium sized tomatoes.

We like our Lemon Boy, it has good enough flavor that when I'm in the garden puttering around I'll often pick one and eat it. It looks like the same one pictured here.

The new improved Lemon Boy is an orange tomato.
