X Rocks and heat

Okay, I have come to my senses and I am going to wait until fall. That bird was so dang tasty that I am not thinking clearly anymore. What would be the point of doing another batch if we aren't HERE to eat it? I think I could do it, because we do not get way, way up in the 110 plus heat until July, and I could have rigged misters up over the area they are in now and cooled that whole area down in the hot afternoons. But there is really no point in having all that meat and not being here to eat it.
