X Runners 2 weeks 2 days old dying

I would try to watch them and see if there are any of them who sit a lot more than the others. If they are weak put sugar in their water along with some vitamins.

I’ve had to add a little honey to their wet mash before to encourage them to eat. Then they would get stronger.

So it is spring where you are, right? Are they outdoors, where biting insects can get to them? Here, we have diseases that can be carried by mosquitoes and blackflies, and ducklings can get bitten.

I would put brewer's yeast in their feed. Not baking yeast, brewer's or nutritional yeast. A tablespoon per cup of mash. If they are getting grit, it is okay to give a little fresh food, but without grit they cannot digest regular food. Does the mash have sand or grit in it? Do they have access to soil?

How are they getting drinking water?

Necropsy is the way to find out what killed them. The body must be kept cool, not frozen, till it can be delivered to the lab. You may want to consider that.
