He knows he isn't doing that well, and his greatest wish is to have a million fans, "just like a superhero". You can become a Xan Fan by liking his Facebook page, and giving to the Ronald McDonald house, where his family is staying. If you can't give money that's absolutely fine. Nor should you feel obligated to. It's just nice to help out, since his brother and single mom moved from states away to get treatment at the Pittsburgh Children's Hospital.
