AND the type is deplorable. The "I'm a musician" and I am so cool and above it all blah, blah. Just another obnoxious and narrow mind. As for gimmicks, there are ALWAYS gimmicks. If it takes something to get you noticed in this screwed up society, so be it. It is what she does AFTER getting noticed that counts.

Nothing more needed be saided! I never relized how bad she was... fortunely because my one friend sad it got so annoying and she got the songs stuck in her head, I didn't listen to her. Wow sure glad I know this!

Seriously?? OMG my brain is too large to be on this topic any longer. Satanism? Seriously? Wow. You people will believe anything...anything!

I don't know if she is satanic or not (or care) but her wardrobe and makeup could use some improving. When any performer has to put on such a get up to attract attention to themselves that is a red flag to me that there are some mental issues superstar or not. Unless it is in her contract. Remembering Madonna as her career fizzled she became more desperate in her appearance which to me cheapens her popularity and I actually thought she was a good singer and liked a few of her songs but her outfits were something else.

Don't like her music enough to know much about her. At a glance though, I wouldn't say she pushes society's conceptions, or at least, I have a hard time telling her apart from many other pop singers. 'Gimmick' does come to mind, and I disagree that a gimmick is needed in today's society. Perhaps to purposefully gain popularity, but that in itself kind of goes against the idea that she is pushing boundaries. Female singer wise, I think the lead from Skunk Anansie has to be my all time favorite. I get much more enjoyment and meaning out of the band's lyrics as well.

Not too big on highly repeptetive lyrics unless done in a certain way, and not all the time. That said, most of the people I work with are fans, I just don't care much about her music either way, or find anything that draws me to her as a person.

Okay I think this is now getting out of hand... Lets talk about something else....

LIKE JELLO!

I love jello. It is slimy and mushy. It tastes yummy in my tummy. How 'bout you?

She may worship Satan. I don't think I'll try to confirm or deny it. But I prefer to judge people based on who they are, not who they worship (or don't worship), and so far I haven't heard about her doing anything bad yet.

Yeah. And if you listen to Led Zeppelin backwards...

She's playing with symbolism folks. For example, Paparazzi is all about the media craze of speculating on "how is this performer going to go".
