Yay! First egg was Friday!

I'm so eggsited! So I'm a first time chicken mom and I found my first egg in the nesting box Friday! My production red Daphne turned out to be the layer. She has layed 3 so far. None today. But my cuckoo maran "Oreo" and my swedish flower "Coco" were in the nesting area and made their own nests this afternoon. Hopefully the others start soon!

The eggs fried up beautifully and my middle son has decided he likes eggs now!
