Yay Or Nay?

It will only give them the absolute bare minimum for 3 chickens. Prefab coops are often frowned upon as they are flimsy, though they can be reinforced and they are marketed as being for 6 or 10 chickens when in reality they can only house 2/3. I think it will be okay if you add some ventilation but maybe invest in a bigger one if you plan on expanding your flock.

I only plan on getting 3 Bantams. I'll figure out a way to add more ventilation.

Should I use this Coop for 3 pekin bantams?
If it turns out bad and that is the worst thing to ever happen in your life. I would say yes go for it. No way anyone who has not bought and assembled said coop can give you a judgment to base your purchase on.

We all have made purchase we were happy with and regretted.

I did the conversion to US measurements before chiming in. That coop is 3.75' wide x2.2'deep x2.75' height; (about a 4x2). Since chickens don't really fly, the height is pretty much irrelevant... so it's 8.25 square feet of 'floor space'... for bantams that's JUST enough room to sleep in. They absolutely must have more room to get out and stretch their legs, such as a run, free range, huge back yard etc, and that space should be at least 10 square feet (ground space) per bird...
Here's a very good article I found about the dangers of overcrowding your chickens, it's a good read and reasonably thorough without being eye-glazing mumbo jumbo. https://chickenwired.wordpress.com/2014/08/29/the-dangers-of-overcrowding/
