Today my Bronze Turkey hen laid her first egg. I have seen her mate with the tom a few times, but how do I know if the egg is fertilized? Should I put it in a dark place for a week before I incubate it? Or what should I do with it?

You won’t know till you start incubating it.

It looks like her five eggs that put in the incubator are all fertile! One is a bit smaller than the rest though.
