She might be deaf or just hard-of-hearing. If she was responding to the higher pitched and louder sounds, you might consider training her to respond to a coach’s whistle or some other high pitched whistle or clapping. Or, you can teach her to respond to hand signals. If you consistently clap, whistle, or make the same motion with your hand or hands and then immediately give her a favorite treat, she will figure it out soon enough.
