Yellow around face

I’ve noticed that my chicken, Nugget has recently been get yellow heather rounmd her head. Is this bad?

It does look normal, but beautiful chicken!

As the others have said, it's normal. Look closely and you will most likely see the yellowish feathers are last years soiled feathers, not yet replaced with new ones. What your eye is drawn to is the contrast between old and new feathers.
