Yellow/cream colours dried membrane ?

Hi All, first timer here at hatching eggs in an incubator. I have an egg in my incubator one of the last, I'm on day 23 now. The egg has pipped but the membrane around the pip hole is turning yellow/ cream colour, it probably pipped over night. Do I need to be concerned / do anything?
Any help or advice will be appreciated.

The photo is a little out of focus, but it looks normal. Have any other chicks hatched yet?

28 on days 21/22, there's 8 eggs left and this is one of them. Sorry about the quality. I suppose the membrane will dry a bit once the shell is pipped? I'm probably more anxious because it's a bit late.

Day 23 is the latest most chicks hatch, but it's still normal. Just wait and watch.

There still hasn't been any progress , the chick is chirping every so often and still seems to be pushing it's beek through the hole every now and then, do you think I can leave it over night now?

I would give it 12 hours before helping it out

Ok so I'm guess it pipped some time this morning, should I just take the top of the shell off and see if it gets out by itself?

No, don't open the incubator (whether you have or have not already). She doesn't need any help at all until tonight.
