A small resturant in my town has to break all eggs into a bowel and then someones else has to mix them with a mixxer, The person wo breaks the eggs has to be different than the one who breaks them.... REALLY? And what makes that healthier or cleaner. Can we say over regulation.

Sometimes I forget that there's actually a good number of people out there who haven't truly cooked (microwaving or heating a prepackaged, premade meal doesn't count) a thing in their life. . . . Sad.

but this is why I'm learning to make soap, know how to spin and weave, grow my own garden, eggs, sheep, milk goats, reload and smith my own guns, and am training my drafts to work farm equipment... because if McDonalds doesn't take over the world, folks like me will.

well ok, maybe not take over, but at least I know what an egg looks like!
