My 2 year old silky hen has lost feathers and where the feathers were her skin is now flaking off yellow skin. She is eating and drinking and poop looks normal but she is staying by herself in the coop and barely comes out. She sits on the roost most of the day and at night I have been separating her from the flock because I noticed one chicken pecking her skin and she would yell. I have given her vitamins and vetericyn spray on her back and under her wings and chest where the skin is yellow and flaky. Does anyone know what this could be?

Treating with Ivermectin wouldn't hurt at this point.
Here's dosing info https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/mites-lice-now-hen-growling.1242981/post-19965544

I wonder if it's sebum though. I'd be tempted to give her a bath using a mild dandruff shampoo. Looks like she may have a few small wounds as well. Apply a little triple antibiotic ointment on those.

If you can house her separately in a small, secured coop/run where she has access to dirt for bathing that would be good. See that she's drinking well and eating. Vitamins a couple of times a week wouldn't hurt either.

It's hard to know exactly what's causing all of her symptoms, but hopefully you can make her more comfortable.
