Yellow liquid/goo coming from my silkies bottom

Hi, this morning my silkie has become very tired, she is unable to hold up her head and has yellow liquid coming from her bottom. Wondering what this could be and how to cure it??

Is the liquid more like a diarrhea or a ruptured egg yolk in consistency?

Thanks for responding, I'm unsure, its more like the consistency of custard, maybe slightly less thick and slightly less pale than custard

How old is she? Has she been laying eggs normally? Hens who have cooked egg-like droppings can be internal layers. Bright yellow droppings sometimes can be a sign of E.coli infection in the abdomen, sometimes a problem with egg yolk peritonitis. A dropping that is golden yellow and similar to butterscotch can be just a normal cecal dropping. We love pictures of droppings!

Hi, thank you, but unfortunately she passed away while we were out buying treatment for her. I'm now pretty sure that an egg had broken inside her as when we found her there was yolk on the towel.
