YELLOW POOP/LABOURED BREATHING WHAT DOES IT MEAN SEE PICS

She is a big girl im not sure her exact weight.
That's important because it needs to be given based on weight.
  • Twice a day dose = 0.5 ml per pound of body weight twice a day.
  • Three times a day dose = 0.33 ml per pound of body weight three times a day.
  • Four times a day dose = 0.25 ml per pound of body weight four times a day
By injection can cause injection necrosis, so I would give it orally.

Tylan is not a broad-spectrum antibiotic, so there is a pretty good chance it won't work. It would be best if you could have a vet look at her.

Unfortunately there is no vet local here that will see chickens but thanks for advice

Okay, well if you do decide to give the Tylan make sure you weigh her and give it per the instructions above. Lots of people don't understand that the poultry dose is much higher than the cattle dose and that it is supposed to be given more than once a day. Sadly, people end up under-dosing. :(
