Yellow scabbing on chick's feet - What do I do?

I have six day old chick who, since we got her, has had this yellow crusty scabbing on her foot. I thought maybe it got pecked or something and that maybe chickens just get yellow scabs (I have never raised chickens before). However, I have tried to pick some off and it just grows back. I have applied Neosporin to it and it hasn't changed a thing.

Today, I noticed that the yellow "growths" or "scabbing" started to form on her other foot as well. It forms between the toes it seems.

Does anyone have a clue what might be happening and what I can do about it?

I wish I had an answer for you. I tried a search and there is not much. Hoepfully someone who has the answer will see this.
