yellowy watery poo

my chicken is doing really watery yellow poos. She was fine earlier on, now suddenly she's acting very lethargic and uninterested in everything. It is quite hot. She has access to food and water. What could b the reason for this, and what can I give her to perk her up ?

Also, their poops can be watery if they get too hot, is there a way to get her in a cooler place? Shade maybe or get some ice water?
