The chicken one is the one I keep finding. Which is fine, this IS a chicken site haha. I think I saw that wild bird seed mixes seem to be fine.

Zuchini
Melon
Fruit
Leafy greens

Avoid:
Tomato plants (or anything in the nightshade family)

I don't give my quail a lot of treats, but this is the little that I know. Just remember that their diet shouldn't be more than 10% treats.
