I have 2 easter eggers 12-13 weeks old.

This is imperius we are pretty sure he was trying to crow a couple weeks ago but nothing since.
No comb at all. possible saddle feathers? HUGE coward. runs away from his shadow.
Are there roosters that learn not to crow... Wouldn't that be nice if we could keep him.

Bardur - Very hooked upper beak and underdeveloped lower beak. (seems to be doing ok. Usually has a quite full crop at night - so must be eating. (very friendly)
we are thinking pullet but?? hoping she will still lay eggs and survive with her "issues"

What do you think? Guesses?

I'm going to say pullets too. If they do turn out to be roosters and you can't keep them if they crow you could try out no-crow rooster collars. I know My Pet Chicken sells them and they work great, aren't harmful or uncomfortable to roosters at all.

Unfortunately I have a neighbour who does not get along with me (or anyone) and will complain to the city at the first crowing. We had to re-home a silkie roo last year. (admittedly he was the crowing spawn of hell, all the time any time and loud)

It is going to take a lot to convince me Imperius is a hen. (like an egg) lol. s-He is a beautiful chicken tho.
