I placed my order online with cackle march 19th received a call on the 25th saying that they would be able to ship my order on the 28th they asked if that would be okay. Of course I said yes and received my invoice on the 26th with ship date of the 28th. Pretty good luck with cackle so far
this is my second order from them. Couldn't tell you exactly when they charged my card but i think the site does say they charge when you place the order not entirely sure on this though.
