Glad to hear that. It looks like we got a bit of a drizzle overnight, but not enough to measure. Today will be another hot and steamy day here in SW GA.
Anyone in the CSRA? A group of us are trying to get a list of the folks in the CSRA. When we get enough interested, I am going to try and get a Swap going. Here's the link for the CSRA thread https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=551564
Well, a ddrizzle of rain, but with lots of watering we're still bringing crops in!!! Hope that Sunday's rain does come on!!! we need it soo!!!!
Well, I'm attaching an article about my friend Andrew.... He has done a great deal to help make chickens legal in Georgia and now is in Jail... His house was flooded.... He was doing repairs and fined on a grading ordinance, missed a probation hearing and is so frail! and now in Jail.... Just during this hearing he was the victim of someone poisoning and killing 60 of his birds.... He's had a really rough time, please keep him in your thoughts and prayers! Nancy

Wow, I am never ceased to be amazed by people that can do such terrible things to animals................or people. Bless his heart. Sending lots of prayers his way.
Does anyone know where I can find leghorns in Ga? I am really trying to not buy hatchery birds. Or, if there is a farm somewhere that will ship good quality birds that would be okay also.
Thanks!
BTW, I am so excited!!! I just got my first Serama egg!!! It was just laying out there......and have no idea if she will lay, but we'll see. I wish I had an incubator.
