YO GEORGIANS! :)

Well, if I could keep TRACK of her! LOL. I've managed to snag a few from her. She finally decided the nest by the porch steps was too close. She was fine with us going by, but when Dobergirl would tear out the door each morning for her first romp, Mama would explode off the nest, lol. Silly girl. I did find one nest out under a big brushy tree in the pasture, with several busted-up eggs.

My gold-laced white EE is doing that to me right now. I have NO CLUE where she is laying her eggs. The other two are split between the Barn and finding their way back into the pen where they've got a nest dug. We've given up on putting dogs in there (they always get out) and that's where I put the chicks last night (they all survived). But apparently she really likes laying in there, and calls it home. So whatever.

The other EE though, is a mystery. She's been putting her eggs in the woods somewhere...

Hello all does anyone no where I might find a didgitel thermoter and humidity reader without having to order one thanks

Hey all! On the road headed to Cleveland, GA. Currently in Royston. Found a Rhodesian ridgeback that needs to be rehomed. I've been wanting one for so long! Fingers crossed him and my dog get along!

I have a question for someone that knows a bit about genetics...
What causes barring?
And what does barring look like in a juvenile?
I have GLW over RIR crosses (2 weeks old) and they look like the might become barred or partially barred. Would the gene from the lacing possibly be the cause of this. The primary flight wings are red with gold lacing but the secondaries compared to my pure GLWs are more striped/barred.
Not sure if this would be barring or just a coincidental pattern.
