Cold? Yea, my Grandkids were saying how cold it was today. It went down to 58 degrees today! hahahha. Here in FL. My DH says it will be 0 tonight at home and still no electricity. He also said he was getting heavy snow. I love seeing the snow!

My friend that left the week old chickens at home has not texted me whether they are alive or not. I am afraid to ask.
 
Hey everyone, I told you I would repost these photos so they can choose whatever sex chicks they want correctly at the feedstores. And don't think you can't look at them before you buy them. When I am in TS and I hear people say, "I just can't have a male", I help them. Just hand the ones you don't choose back to the person.

Females will have the two rows of feathers.

Males will have one row.

 
I'll give you an even better one. Typically females feather out faster than males. We are getting birds in and after 2 days of shipping they've already got wing feathers. You can look in the tub and pick out the females without touching them, These pictures are at 4-5 days old.

Went last year. Some chickens where for sale In a large tent. Some had chicks in a covered trailer. A lot was is open all depends. Gamarans on what u want and I guess how bad. Here we got ice n snow warnings up til saturday. We have a trailblazer. But it ain't blazing a trai to newnan. Lol

Oh, I feel so bad about the chicks, she must be afraid to tell you since a good trip was in the mix. Yeah we are supposed to get 1 to 2 inches of the white fluffy stuff starting friday evening, no animal show in my forecast.
